WHAT IS THE AMOUNT OF MY DEPOSIT?

Your deposit is one-half of your monthly rent.

WHY IS THERE AN APPLICATION FEE?

We are charged for this service each time we run an application.

WHY IS IT NECCESSARY TO WAIT 30 DAYS FOR MY DEPOSIT REFUND?

After you move it take us some time to assess the property. You will receive your refund as soon as we have inspected the property, at which time you will receive your refund along with a letter outlining any repair expenses.
